I have had a very bad experience with Caldwell. Several things have happened...one being I thought i was buying a house that was listed for and i was told it was 4100 sq ft and when i had it appraised it appraised at 3105.
then after signing papers a week later i still have no keys to the house or papers on closing. When we viewed the house and had it inspected, get estimates on issues.. we had to let ourself in the house from the lock box...realitor never walk us thru the house. awful experience. I would like to be paid for the difference in the sq ft.
